Happy 3rd Birthday Leah!!

We went to Bois this weekend to spend some time with Greg's family. It was Leah's third birthday so we got to celebrate with her and share in her Dora Cake. It was really nice to spend time with Greg's sister Shelly and her husband Randy. We also got to "meet" Papa Danny's homing pigeons. They were awesome.... so pretty.... Thank you guys for opening up your homes to us!

Beautiful Snow!!!

Usually by this time each year, I am more than ready for winter to be over. This year I am loving the snow and just wanting more!! It was so pretty out last night. I decided to play with our new camera and take some photos....

School Photos.....

Ethan and Sydney are both in 5th Grade this year. It is so hard for me to believe that!!! It truly feels like they were just born. Ethan told me on the first day of school this year, "Mom, only two years and we will be in middle school!" How is that possible?!

Sydney has started playing volley ball this fall and really loves it. I love going to her games and watching her!!! Although, I have to admit, when practice started I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to handle all the squealing and noise the girls made!! Wow, they are vocal!!! I t has been a great experience for all of us!!!

Jordan is in third grade and is loving it.... He is my musical child. The boy loves to sing and dance!!! He sang the National Anthem for the opening day of little league this year and did a terrific job. I was so incredibly proud of him!! Although, I don't know who was more nervous, Jordan or me!!

Life has been crazy as usual. I kept thinking that life would settle down as the kids got older and more independent....boy was I wrong!!! If anything, we are more on the go than ever!!!

4th of July

Sydney helping me babysit Joe!! We had so much fun!! Joe is 7 months old and he is a total flirt... He was such a good boy......until his momma walked in that afternoon!! He is definitely a mama's boy!!! I had forgotten how little the twins were when Jordy was a baby. They were so funny with Joe. He spit up a little and they totally freaked out!! Then at the end of the day, Sydney and Ethan both said they would like to have another little brother or sister.....ummm....NO!!!

Sydney got "nabbed" to be in the parade. The Lions club from Island City put this Pig Train in the parade and didn't have enough kids to ride in it, so Syd got to be in the parade... It was pretty cute!

Ethan and Jordan have started Cub Scouts. Here they are in the parade....Jordan, of course, thinks he is hilarious...... ugh....

Happy 92nd birthday, Grandma Lula!!

Grandma Lula turned 92 on the 28th of June!!! Every year we all go over to her house and sit out on her patio with her. It doesn't sound like much, but this is one of her favorite things to do. You can drive by her house anytime during the summer and see her sitting outside under her gazebo, just enjoying the outdoors. She especially likes it when all the great grandkids are there playing. Baseball Season is here again!!

Well, baseball season officially started on April 24th. Opening day was especially exciting for us this year because for the first time ever, all three Remien kids are playing baseball!! (What was I thinking letting them all sign up for the same sport??) Also, Jordan got to sing the National Anthem for the opening ceremonies. He did a great job!!! He loved hearing the crowd cheer for him after he finished!!! This boy is such a ham!!! Don't know where he got it from!!!
